Muen San Temple
History / Highlight
This temple was build in 525 years ago.
This temple is center community of ''Sala'' who do silverware craft.
(Wua Lai community)
They collaborate to build this temple that represent identity
of their community.
Highlight is Silver hall that you can see amazing skill of ''Sala''.
Inside of the Hall, It has 3 of Master Thera monks wax statues
who were respected by the Lanna people.
Beside the hall, you can see a pagoda for each year that people born.
Chiang Mai have 5 pagodas for person who born in the year
of rat , dog , dragon , snake and goat.
In every Saturday ,It has “Saturday night market” on Wua Lai road
beside of this temple.
