Ton Kwen Temple
History / Highlight
This temple was build in 164 years ago.
It has completely Lanna architecture.
It is the original building that never been renovate.
You can see Thai people come here to dress Lanna style and do selfie.
Actually, People don't wedding in temple.
Anyway, Temple allows people to do pre-wedding photo instead.
That’s why you can see some couple do tradition dress and
take some picture here.
'' Ton Kwen '' is the name of tree that used to have a lot around here.
In Thailand we create the name of community base on
what they have in the area such as community of buffalo,
elephant ,lake, river, tree, mountain, history and etc…
